Petey the online bird istant?

Does anyone remember a program back in early 2001-2003 named "Petey" It was a program that you could download to your PC ."Petey" is a bird that helps with online stuff etc. I remember him green in color and had a robotic voice. He flew around the screen and told jokes and found interesting things online for you to browse at. Anyone know where I can download this program again?
