Why do India have such a bad long term record at International cricket?

If the same question is asked, say in about 20 years later, India's win would be much higher while other nations' ratio is in the declining graph. f you look at the win ratio of major nations for the last 3 to 4 years, India's win ratio will put them within the top 4 slots.
