What is a great PC Game (NON SHOOTER CRAP)?

I love civ IV BTS, and EU III (never have that much time to play). Looking for a new game. Thinking of Dawn of Discover, East India Company, Hearts of Iron 3. Would love feedback or other options. Thank you!
