Sick Malnourished Cat, Help!?

My cat ran away a few months ago. She came back today and it looks like she hasn't eaten in weeks, she also seems very drained. She ate once, then threw it up 30 minutes later. Now she refuses to eat anything. I don't know if she is sick or what! What can i do to help her eat again and get better?
