Does USF, Clemson, UGA or Auburn have decent engineering programs?

i have a 3.5 and i am a to be junior and will take the act and sat next semester. I expect to do above average. i am interested in these schools and there engineering (Mechanical) programs since that is the major i want. are they notable for engineering? are they good engineering schools? Any additional info?
