STALKER:Clear Sky or Mercenaries 2: World in Flames

Both of these game are releasing a couple of days apart, but I can only get one at a time. So, help me decide which one to get first. Which ever gets the most votes wins. I'm really excited about both since I am a huge fan of their predecessors.
