How do i fix my broken bong?

i have a bong used for smoking (cough cough tobacco cough cough) but the mouth pice is broken off of it i was wondering if i should just glue it together with epoxy or guerrilla glue Ive been trying to melt it back together with my propane torch but it wont work because it doesn't have the heat to do the job. will epoxy or gorilla glue work. i kno gorilla glue expands and epoxy works better. and im not worried about if it will hold im worry about toxins coming with the smoke. i dont want to die.
