IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

I just bought a 7wk old boxer pup from a breeder.He said they had already been wormed and 1st shots and would be due again 2wks from the day I got her.On the 4th day she became really ill and by the next I was in a panic she looked horrible we got into our vet which said she was infested with hooks and rounds the vet clearly said there was noway this puppy had ever been wormed which put her shots in ? we're just acting as if she didn't just to be safe. Should the breeder have to pay for that Visit not shots because they put those off due to her being so sick I called him to inform him and he said he would buy the pup back and treat it his self but would not pay for vet visit is he right?or what?
