$90000 in student loan for a bachelor's degree in engineering?

I am about to drown myself in $90,000 worth of student loans to complete my bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. IS IT WORTH IT is my question??? am I making the worst decision of my life? My rationalization for this is that I will be able to pay off this loan with $1500 worth of monthly payments for 5 years, this should not be a problem if I get a job with average starting salary for engineering majors; am I right in thinking this? What should I do? I am a junior, just have one more year to go.
