Can anyone give me details about a particular boxing match. A guy in red/white/blue trunks KOs coward opponent?

I saw a very short clip of a boxing match. A boxer in dark trunks turns his back and runs away from the other fighter (who is wearing red/whit/blue trunks like Apollo Creed / Rocky's ). He climbs the ropes at the turnbuckle and looks back to see if the other fighter is following. As he looks back, the other guy is right there throwing a hook that knocks him off the ropes and out of the ring. I'd like to see the whole fight but only have about an 8 sec. clip of the guy running away and getting KOd.
