Does anyone know what Halileh is?

I was given these black seeds. They called them Halileh. They say to grind 1 or 2 and stir into yogurt and eat before bedtime. They said it would clear up cloudy vision. Well I have scarred corneas and I didn't see how it could possibly help. Several doctors told me I need cornea transplants and I didn't want to. But these people had brought them back from the middle east for me so I tried it and what do you know the cloudiness cleared up tremendously! I have searched the internet and cannot find out anything about them. Does anyone know anything about them? Thank you so much.
