Is Shan Foster coming back this year?

He'll have to compete for a spot. And with two picks coming in, he may need to wait another year and play in Europe or wait untill Matt Carroll's contract is moved, maybe the King want it cause they have a lot of contracts that expire in 4 seasons. (past one doesn't count.)
