Special parkins for Democrats?

The other day I went to the mall and saw a parkin for people using hybrid cars. I was overjoyed - what a great idea! I've seen special spots for pregnant people too, and that's brilliant! I hereby call on the government to allow Democrats to park in handicapped spaces.
