What's the best method to get in shape? Lose most of the fat first and then exercise, or both at the same?

The question doesn't make sense. In order to loose weight you would have to exercise. And eat healthy. And take it one day at a time. The more weight you loose the more you'll gain because your body needs time to get used to the pressure that you put on it. It takes time to loose weight. It took me 2 years to loose 20 pounds.
