Why do people have unprotected with people they don't even know?

I'm glade im still a virgin don't have to worry about catching something but I can't understand why people having with alot of people that how hiv and aids spreads,people need to keep their legs close not just women, man too and stop spreading disease I say in their near feature American going to be like Central American and Africa Hiv and Aids.
