Do workman's compensation doctors drug test?

I am going to my first workman's comp dr. visit tomorrow and I was wondering if they drug test at the first appt.? I know they can drug test after the accident to see if drugs or alcohol were involved but this visit is nearly two weeks after the time of the accident. Any help would be much appreciated.
