I applied for modification to lower my inst,rate 2 yrs.ago nothing done by my lender yet what you do now.?

i applied for modification to gey my inst,rate down,i faxed doents in for 2 yrs. and never got an aswer,doring that time i went to atlanta to get w/naca an organization to help w/ this modifcation they still did nothing i am soooooo tired of this mortgage company a rep call me on tuesday i simply told her i had fax a hardship letter explaining my situation but it did not do any good tey have been stalling for 2 yrs.what would you do? frostye
