My shoulders/arms are trashed from yesterdays lifts. I feel so stiff(lack of better word) and I want to know?
..how much longer will it be like this on about. I feel like I don't know too much of the muscle development technicality's, and I understand every body is different. Also after I worked out, threw the ball around for a little and my aim and body coordination was so off! Well does anybody here have some knowledge about why the body does all this? Are my muscles literally ripped a little bit from working out or how exactly does is work can i rip/spread them open a little bit and have it heal, put some protein around in it and create m?!
