I've realized something big...what should I do?

Wow that seems insane, I myself just went back to the catholic church after being gone for a long time at a protestant church. I loved being back but then when I went to my protestant youth group the youth pastor said that the catholic church believes in false teaching and such. ever since I have not gone to sunday church... to confused and hurt I just pray and wait I'll receive a sign. But I agree the art, music and tradition... it's amazing.
