Met a new guy but doesn't look like he's into me, how do I move mentally?

I'm trying to let it go. But having a hard time. According to He's just not that into you - audio book, the guy I recently met is not into me because if a guy likes he will let you know and pretty fast because he will want to to know and be his. He won't be too busy or too tired. I was really hopeful about this new guy. In the first week he called a lot and we saw each other but now in the 3rd week. He's asked me out but kep it open to when we'd go to the movies. He hasn't called in 3 days. If he liked me Greg Behrendt says, I would know it and wouldn't "waiting" for his call. So, how do I move on. It's hard for me to accept.
